Dublin High Schools students from Future Business Leaders of America recently showcased their talents at the Fall Leadership Conference, where they competed in six rigorous events and achieved outstanding results across the board. Every competitive group ranked in the top ten in their respective categories, showcasing exceptional talent, preparation, and professionalism.

Individual and Team Highlights include:

• Job Interview: Amerie Woodard
• Social Media Strategy: Urick Andrews, Armani Williams and Shane Stribling
• Business Ethics: Amelia Southern, Amariah Taylor and Saige Stephens
• Broadcast Journalism: Amiria Thomas, Peyton Culver, Megan Haygood and Kelaiah McCloud
• Impromptu Speaking: Derricka Lewis (Derricka also secured 1st Place in Business Law, Public Policy, and International Business Open Testing)
• Client Service: Tyrus Andrew (Tyrus also earned 2nd Place in Intro to Business Concepts and Intro to Business Procedures Open Testing)

In addition to representing the Fighting Irish with pride, the Job Interview and Broadcast Journalism teams achieved 3rd Place in the Region, earning the opportunity to compete at the prestigious State Leadership Conference in Atlanta this March.
