Dublin High School had lots to celebrate during the March 7th meeting of the Dublin Rotary Club!
In addition to Miyona Wells earning 2nd place in the annual High School Speech Contest, our own Aylin Delgado was honored as the Rotary Club Student of the Quarter for her impressive achievements and dedication! A REACH Scholar and SkillsUSA team member, Aylin is passionate about education. She has completed the Teaching as a Profession Pathway and aspires to become a 1st Grade teacher. In fact, while furthering her own education in the Fall, she will also begin working as a paraprofessional at the Irish Gifted Academy starting in the 2025-2026 school year.
Aylin’s academic excellence speaks for itself—she is a dual-enrollment student and Principal’s Award recipient, maintains a 98+ GPA, and ranks in the Top 10 of her class. On top of her academic and career commitments, she also helps run her family’s restaurant, La Joya, Mexican Restaurant!
