James Lanier, District 4

James Lanier is serving his fifth term on the Dublin City Schools Board of Education. Born in Millen, Georgia, he attended Georgia Southern College and moved to Dublin in 1989. He is currently employed as a Division Manager for Ryland Environmental.

James and his wife have two children, Ben and Brenna, both proud graduates of Dublin City Schools. He enjoys supporting Dublin’s Irish athletic teams and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
